• Training outperforms raw talent. Time and again, a person who consistently trains and evolves will outperform someone relying only on natural ability.

Another common misconception: we think sales applies only to business or to a certain job title. The truth is – every one of us is selling, in one way or another, every single day. Whether it’s an idea, a project, a vision, or even ourselves—we are all in sales.

We hear the term “salesperson” all the time, but how often do we talk about being a “sales professional” or “a great sales professional”?
When we focus on developing the person first, great sales will naturally follow.”
